Questions sellers ask
- Who owns the store?
- You do. It's on your Shopify account with your email, and I hand over full control when it's done.
- What if I don't like it?
- Tell me what to change. You pay the second half only when you're happy, and if I can't deliver what we agreed, you get your advance back.
- Do I need a GST number?
- Payment gateways like Razorpay onboard individuals and small sellers with PAN and bank details, and I'll help you fill the form. Whether you need GST depends on your turnover and where you ship, so check with a CA.
- How much does Shopify cost?
- Shopify charges a monthly plan and often has a low-price offer for new stores. We'll check the current offer together before you sign up.
- Can customers still order on Instagram?
- Yes. Your store link goes in your bio, and a DM gets one reply with the link instead of twenty messages.
- I only sell on WhatsApp.
- That works too. Share the store link in chats, groups and your status.
